So we carefully studied the market supply… to ensure that we would be the BEST PRICED home, offering THE MOST, for the least. This was the builder’s pricing at the time. (Show builder sheets) The builder had the plan 3 priced as high as $1,477,553, so we cleverly listed BELOW THAT at a moderate price of $1,450,000.

And here's the exciting part – by pricing the home strategically, we secured multiple offers that drove the final price all the way up to $1,500,000, which is $50k over asking price, and HIGHER than any of the builder sales!
